Get started in three steps

Create your first intelligent customer communication workflow and start automating your business processes.

Step 1: Set up your account

Sign up for a free Kaie account at platform.kaie.ai to get started.You’ll get access to our workflow builder, basic integrations, and analytics dashboard.
  1. Set up your workspace with your company information
  2. Choose your primary communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
  3. Configure your AI Brain settings for optimal performance
You can always modify these settings later in your workspace preferences.

Step 2: Create your first workflow

  1. Navigate to the Workflow Builder in your dashboard
  2. Choose a template or start from scratch
  3. Drag and drop nodes to create your workflow logic
  4. Connect nodes with triggers and conditions
Start with our “Welcome Message” template for a quick win!
  1. Go to Integrations and connect your WhatsApp Business account
  2. Set up Instagram Business integration if needed
  3. Configure voice call settings for automated calls
  4. Test your connections to ensure everything works
Make sure you have the necessary permissions for each platform before connecting.

Step 3: Deploy and monitor

  1. Review your workflow configuration
  2. Test it with sample data
  3. Publish your workflow to make it live
  4. Monitor performance in the Analytics dashboard
